Wuzhou Investment Co., Ltd. was founded in Tanzania in 2008. From 2008 to 2018, the company primarily traded SANLG motorcycles. By maintaining steady product quality and comprehensive customer service, it earned the trust and preference of customers.

The company has since registered HONLG as a Tanzania-based brand and invested in a motorcycle production factory at Plot No. 16 & 21, Kisemvule, Mkuranga, Pwani, Tanzania. The factory includes an advanced motorcycle spare-parts quality-control laboratory, an assembly-line workshop, a spare-parts warehouse and an assembled-motorcycle warehouse.

Covering approximately 20,000 square metres, the factory has a 60-metre assembly production line and comprehensive motorcycle-quality inspection equipment. Following training by Chinese engineers, local QC inspectors perform their work to international standards. According to the company profile, the HONLG factory marked the first motorcycle assembly production factory in East Africa and received notable recognition from the Tanzania Investment Center.

To further strengthen HONLG motorcycle quality, Wuzhou Investment started cooperation with China Loncin Group Ltd in 2018 and adopted high-quality Loncin engines for HONLG motorcycles. In 2019, the company contracted with China Five-star Vehicles Group for the joint development of three-wheel motorcycle spare parts. These quality parts support HONLG production, create opportunities for sales agents and contribute jobs and economic opportunities for Tanzanian people.
